In a simple and intuitive format, the app is divided into five sections: overview, income, value, bank, and forecast. This presents all the key information an investor, broker, appraiser, banker, or anyone interested in real estate, needs to make an informed decision about potential real estate investment. Troy Muljat, a real estate broker with the Muljat Group and co-owner of Landmark Real Estate Management, originally created IPV as a spreadsheet for his personal use. In partnership with Big Fresh Media it has been re-invented as an iPhone app now available to everyone. Muljat is now working with Big Fresh Media to create a more detailed, property-specific app that is scheduled for release later this spring.
